unfulfilled promises small ski lockers

The front desk service was not excellent. They smiled and said they would help, but they did not keep any promises. I recommend not staying at this hotel at all! the ski lockers were small. I expected more space for storing equipment after a long day.

The location is superb. It is steps from the main lifts. the room provided space, including a separate bedroom and an equipped kitchen. the hotel offers ski storage, hot tubs, a sauna and a pool, all readily available for use (i found these amenities particularly convenient).

i noticed slight wear on the carpet and woodwork in the room.

spacious rooms friendly staff secure storage

I found the rooms spacious and clean. the staff were very friendly and always ready to help with any requests i had. They provided really good service. they also have a secure area for storing mountain bikes and ski gear, which i thought was excellent.

parking spaces in the parkade were a bit tight.
